Overview
Adorabook is a platform that generates personalized children's books using AI, turning kids into the main characters of their own stories.
I led a full redesign of the product — rethinking the experience, improving usability, and building a design system to make the platform clearer, more engaging, and easier to scale.
The Problem
The idea behind the product was magical, but the experience didn’t fully support it. The creation flow felt fragmented, the interface lacked consistency, and the overall journey wasn’t guiding parents clearly through the process.
With no design system in place, new features were also becoming harder to build and maintain.

I approached the project as a full product revamp — simplifying the experience while strengthening the visual identity of the platform.
Experience redesign
I reworked the entire book creation flow, making customization easier and helping users move naturally from idea to finished story.
Interface redesign
The UI was refreshed to feel clearer, warmer and more playful while improving hierarchy and readability.
Design system
I created a scalable system of components and styles so the team could design faster and maintain consistency as the product grows.
Outcome
The redesign turned a complex flow into a guided experience and gave the product a stronger, more cohesive identity.
It also provided the team with a foundation to build and iterate much faster.
